558ph Privacy
Policy
At 558ph, we take the privacy of every Filipino player seriously. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
How 558ph Protects You
All data transmitted between your device and the 558ph platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by major Philippine banks. Your financial and personal details are never stored in plain text.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 558ph. We honor these rights promptly and transparently, without unnecessary delays or bureaucracy.
558ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. We share data only where strictly required by PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law enforcement, or trusted service partners operating under binding confidentiality agreements.
We collect only the personal information that is genuinely necessary to operate your 558ph account, process transactions in Philippine Peso, comply with PAGCOR KYC requirements, and deliver a smooth, personalized gaming experience.
558ph will only send you promotional emails, SMS updates, or push notifications if you have explicitly opted in. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
558ph operates under a PAGCOR license and is fully compliant with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) guidelines. Our data protection practices are reviewed regularly to ensure continued alignment with Philippine regulatory requirements.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 558ph ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform at https://558ph.net (the "Platform"), collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of users ("you," "your," or "Player") who access or register on the Platform.
558ph is committed to protecting your privacy in full accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the guidelines issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. We are equally guided by the data protection requirements imposed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as a condition of our gaming license.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or otherwise engaging with 558ph's services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the Platform and contact us to close your account.
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, 558ph acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of all personal data collected through the Platform. As PIC, 558ph determines the purposes for which and the means by which personal data is processed.
558ph has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing data protection strategy and compliance. The DPO can be reached through the contact details provided in Section 14 of this Policy. Any third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf do so exclusively as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under binding data processing agreements that prohibit independent use of your data.
558ph collects personal information through several channels: directly from you when you register or interact with the Platform, automatically through technical systems as you use the Platform, and in limited circumstances from trusted third-party verification partners. 558ph processes your personal data only for legitimate, specified, and explicitly declared purposes. We do not use your data in any manner incompatible with the purposes stated at the time of collection. The primary purposes for which your data is used include:
- Account Creation & Management: To register, verify, and maintain your 558ph player account, including identity verification (KYC) as required by PAGCOR.
- Transaction Processing: To process deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and other supported Philippine payment channels.
- Gaming Services: To deliver casino games, live dealer experiences, bingo, slots, and other gaming content available on the Platform.
- Fraud & AML Prevention: To monitor for suspicious activity, prevent money laundering, and comply with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) reporting obligations.
- Customer Support: To respond to queries, resolve disputes, and manage complaints submitted through our support channels.
- Responsible Gaming: To administer self-exclusion requests, deposit limits, session reminders, and other player protection tools.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: To fulfill our obligations under PAGCOR licensing conditions, RA 10173, AMLA, and other applicable Philippine laws.
- Marketing Communications: To send promotional offers, game updates, and bonus notifications — only where you have provided explicit consent.
- Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, improve game performance, and enhance the overall 558ph user experience.
558ph processes your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases as recognized under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:
- Consent: Where you have given freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — for example, opting in to marketing communications.
- Contractual Necessity: Where processing is necessary to perform our contract with you — specifically, to operate your 558ph account, process transactions, and deliver gaming services.
- Legal Obligation: Where processing is required to comply with applicable Philippine law, including PAGCOR licensing requirements, AMLA reporting duties, and NPC data breach notification obligations.
- Legitimate Interests: Where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of 558ph — including fraud detection, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring — provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
Where we rely on consent as the legal basis, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
558ph does not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. We may share your data only in the limited circumstances described below, and always subject to binding confidentiality obligations or legal compulsion:
- Payment Processors: Financial data is shared with GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment partners solely to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions.
- KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Identity documents may be processed by accredited third-party KYC verification services operating under strict data processing agreements.
- Game Software Providers: Anonymized or pseudonymized gaming activity data may be shared with game studios and RNG certification bodies solely for audit and compliance purposes.
- Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR and other Philippine government agencies (including AMLC under AMLA obligations) may receive relevant account and transaction data as required by law.
- Law Enforcement: Where required by a valid court order, subpoena, or lawful request from Philippine law enforcement authorities, 558ph will disclose personal data as legally obligated.
- Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of the 558ph business, personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity subject to equivalent privacy protections.
558ph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform, analyze user behavior, and deliver relevant content. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit the Platform.
We use the following types of cookies:
- Essential Cookies: Strictly necessary for the Platform to function — including session management, login state persistence, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled without breaking core Platform functionality.
- Performance Cookies: Used to collect anonymized data on how players interact with the Platform — page load times, error rates, and navigation patterns — to improve technical performance.
- Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, display options, and responsible gaming tool configurations.
- Analytics Cookies: Help us understand aggregate player behavior so we can improve game offerings and site usability. Data collected through analytics cookies is not linked to your individual identity.
You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from accessing certain features of the Platform, including your account. Continued use of the 558ph Platform following your initial visit constitutes acceptance of our cookie usage as described above.
558ph retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for such additional periods as are required by applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, and our legitimate business interests. Specifically:
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in line with PAGCOR and AMLA record-keeping requirements.
- Transaction Records: Financial transaction logs are retained for a minimum of five (5) years as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and BSP regulations.

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, 558ph will securely delete or permanently anonymize your personal data in accordance with NPC-approved data disposal standards.
558ph implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Our security framework includes:

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you are entitled to exercise the following rights in relation to your personal data held by 558ph:
- Right to be Informed: The right to know whether 558ph holds your personal data, for what purposes it is processed, and to whom it may be disclosed — as outlined in this Policy.

The 558ph Platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 558ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Age verification is conducted during account registration and through ongoing KYC monitoring. If 558ph discovers that a minor has provided personal data through the Platform, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all balances voided, and the personal data permanently deleted in accordance with NPC guidelines for data involving minors.
Parents and guardians who believe their minor child has registered on the 558ph Platform should contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.
Some of 558ph's service providers and technology partners may process personal data in jurisdictions outside of the Philippines. Where cross-border transfers occur, 558ph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that required by Philippine law, including:
- Contractual clauses requiring overseas processors to comply with RA 10173 standards and NPC guidelines.
- Transfer only to jurisdictions recognized as providing adequate data protection, or under NPC-approved transfer mechanisms.
- Binding corporate rules where data is transferred within 558ph's affiliated corporate group.
By using the 558ph Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal data as described in this section, subject always to the safeguards outlined above.
558ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. We will notify registered players of material changes via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
