These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 558ph (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://558ph.net (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including all games, services, promotions, and content made available thereon.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the 558ph Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

558ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, with any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending verification.

To access the full features of the 558ph Platform — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you are required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

One account per person. 558ph operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered under different names or with different contact details by the same individual, are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 558ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 558ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 558ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

All financial transactions on the 558ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 558ph supports a range of Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times are detailed on the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to someone other than the registered 558ph account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of the account and return of funds.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements, and internal fraud and anti-money laundering checks. 558ph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of such checks. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

• 558ph does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputed transactions will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

558ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The availability, value, and terms of any promotion are determined solely by 558ph and are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, validity periods, and maximum win caps. These bonus-specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms. Players are strongly advised to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in to any bonus offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the stated criteria for each promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 558ph reserves the right to withdraw bonus credit and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional structures.
• Winnings generated from bonus credit that exceed the stated maximum win cap will be reduced to the cap amount prior to withdrawal.
• Bonus credits expire upon the conclusion of the stated validity period and cannot be reinstated after expiry.

All games available on the 558ph Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing with certified equipment. Game outcomes are determined by chance, and past results have no bearing on future outcomes. 558ph does not guarantee any specific results or winnings to any player.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during gameplay, 558ph's internal game logs shall serve as the authoritative record for resolving disputes. Bets placed during an outage or technical malfunction may be voided at 558ph's discretion. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional status. 558ph reserves the right to alter bet limits on individual games or for individual accounts at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 558ph Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal activity and attempting to withdraw them as gaming winnings.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the one-account-per-player policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

All content on the 558ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, brand marks, text, layout, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 558ph or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 558ph.

558ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account with 558ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

558ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and 558ph cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 558ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

558ph's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 558ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

558ph is committed to the welfare of all Filipino players and promotes responsible gaming as a core operational principle. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

558ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 558ph Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
